Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Fly From Ireland ("we") is run by LX5 Solutions, Cork, Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect and why. Contact: lx5aisolutions@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Fare alerts: if you sign up, we store your email address, your mobile number if you choose to add it, your chosen airport and budget, and the date you gave consent. We use them only to send fare alerts by email and, if you added a number, WhatsApp.
- Chat: questions you type into the travel chat are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write an answer. We don't store chat messages, and please don't type personal details into it.
- Basic server logs: like every website, our server records technical data such as IP address and browser type for security, kept for up to 30 days.
- Clicks to partners: we count which fares are clicked (route and time only, not who you are) to see which deals are popular.
We don't use advertising cookies or sell your data. When you click through to a partner, their own privacy policy and cookies apply on their site.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and unsubscribe from alerts with the link in every email. Email lx5aisolutions@gmail.com. You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Legal basis
Fare alerts are sent with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
